Enable sETH2 Integration With Rari Fuse Pools

Everyone, the long-awaited (FEI)Rari Fuse pool integration vote is now live 🔥 

This Snapshot will allow sETH2 depositors in Fuse pools to borrow against staked ETH and continue receiving the staking rewards from their collateral. It enables leveraged staking in addition to other exciting strategies involving borrowing and lending ⚡️

Note that this Snapshot will enable support for pools #46 and #149, allowing to borrow decentralized stablecoins like RAI and FEI against sETH2. We are working with the teams at Reflexer Finance & FeiRari protocol to ensure good liquidity reserves of both assets. 💰
