1) Allocate 250 keys on Ethereum Network to Finoa Consensus Services by @brianchilders 🔥
If successful, this proposal will add another strong operator to the StakeWise Metro network and signal continued progress towards extensive decentralization of our protocol 🏆
2) Enable batch validator registrations for Ethereum Network by the one & only @tsudmi 🌊
If successful, this change would speed up the process of validator registrations by an estimated 5x, preparing StakeWise for the Merge 🚀
